Our family is on a mission to change our diet for better living!
I am hoping this blog can provide a journal for our findings in an unbiased view on how beneficial whole/real foods are for the body and mind.

To share knowledge and news. Learn about the "Nasties" processed food contains, from HFCS to GMO's our food is becoming quite the chemical cocktail...what are we really eating? What classifies organic? What do labels really tell us...etc

This journey for a healthier, real food living has only just started! I will post the positives and negatives as well as the progress and changes my family is making with this new way of eating.

My Aim is to still shop at local/chain grocery stores. I am a busy mom on a budget with two fussy eaters, so finding options that are easy to prepare, affordable and taste good are also a must.
